Advantages: Since dyed fabrics are woven from dyed original yarns, they have significant advantages over ordinary printed and dyed fabrics in terms of color, fastness and pattern style
It can use different colors of yarn combined with the fabric structure to weave a variety of beautiful jacquard patterns. Jacquard fabric has a more three-dimensional feeling than ordinary printed fabric and will not be washed away, which can avoid the shortcomings of excessive washing and color loss of printed fabric; at the same time, because the dyed fabric is dyed with the original yarn, the dye permeability is strong, so the dyeing fastness is high, and it is not easy to fade after washing.
Disadvantages: Due to the huge loss of color woven fabrics in the process of dyeing, weaving and finishing, under the same amount of yarn, the output of color woven fabrics is much lower than that of white embryo fabrics, resulting in high investment costs and high technical requirements. Therefore, compared with ordinary printed and dyed fabrics, the disadvantage of colored woven fabrics is also obvious, that is, they are more expensive. If you also use washing, sanding, as well as jacquard, printing, embroidery and other processes, the price will also rise.
